The Caviar Co. Welcomes Guests to Studio 54-Themed Party

On July 20 San Francisco favorite The Caviar Co. celebrated National Caviar Day in style, hosting a decadent disco bash at Saint Joseph’s Arts Society. Partygoers stepped back in time to the 1970s for an elevated celebration that captured Studio 54- style extravagance, complete with over 50 pounds of caviar. Guests also enjoyed an open bar featuring champagne, wine, beer, and martinis complete with caviar stuffed olives from St. George Spirits. For noshes, there was a selection of premium caviar and lavish caviar-focused canapés whipped up by popular Bay Area Chefs.

When they weren’t dancing to disco classic or live DJ performances, revelers snacked on passed hors d’oeuvres like The Caviar Co. topped Deviled Eggs from Balboa Cafe, latkes topped with caviar from Hadeem, Estepan’s famous Milk Bread and Caviar and Chef Chris Ratcliff’s Cappelacci.

While mingling in the opulent Ken Fulk-designed VIP Salons, special guests were treated to a 500g caviar service, magnum bottles of premium champagne and private martini cart service. The event marked nine years of The Caviar Co. helping San Francisco celebrate this decadent holiday. Cheers to many more to come!
