Children’s Champions Benefiting the Wender Weis Foundation

The Wender Weis Foundation for Children (WWFC) shared the beloved Children’s Champions with the San Francisco Bay Area community on May 19th which was held at the football field of Palo Alto High School in Palo Alto, CA.

The family-friendly fundraising event benefited the underserved children in the Bay Area and offered an afternoon of fun, family entertainment and activities.

Activities at Children’s Champions included sport-specific stations run by Stanford University sports teams including, football, men and women’s gymnastics, wrestling, and fencing, to name a few. The kids also participated in making custom trucker hats, arts and crafts, a toy design activity with DesignX Activity, photo trading cards and took pictures and snagged autographs with their favorite team athletes and mascots.
