SF-Marin Food Bank Hosts Fabulous, Food-Filled Night at One Big Table

On Saturday, September 28, over 300 guests flocked to SF-Marin Food Bank’s One Big Table benefit, for a celebration in support of the Food Bank’s critical community mission of fighting food insecurity. This year some of the Bay Area’s most celebrated chefs donated their time and talent to create a specially curated meal, and an unforgettable evening.

Guests came together to dine and dance in the organization’s spacious San Francisco warehouse. Omar Carrera, CEO of partner Canal Alliance, was the keynote speaker for the evening, urging guests to continue their support, and to raise our collective voice to urge all levels of government to tackle hunger’s root causes.

The 15 VIP chefs cooking up that night’s three-course dinner included 7 Adam’s David and Serena Chow Fisher, Luce’s Dennis Efthymiou, Slanted Door’s Charles Phan and Valis Francis of Rooh.

The generous supporters at One Big Table 2024 helped the Food Bank raise enough money to create well over a million meals, which will go a long way towards fulfilling the organization’s mission to end hunger in the community.
