The Spring/Summer 2024 Michael Kors Collection exuded the allure of holiday escapism, embodying the essence of sunny days and carefree glamour.
Attendees were treated to an exclusive presentation where Kors himself shared insights into his creative process and inspirations.
During the event, The Honorable Willie L. Brown, Jr. honored Michael Kors with a mayoral proclamation, declaring April 16, 2024, Michael Kors Day in the city of San Francisco, in recognition of his remarkable contributions to the arts and fashion communities in San Francisco and around the world.
This special acknowledgment highlighted Kors’ unwavering devotion to giving back to our community through his philanthropic efforts.
Co-chaired by Farah Makras and France Szeto, the event not only delighted fashion enthusiasts but also raised funds for the San Francisco Opera Guild’s award-winning music education programs, which help thousands of Bay Area K–12 students develop confidence, compassion, critical thinking and many other life skills.
