The work of San Francisco’s top designers was on display at the historic Bliss Estate on Broadway in Pacific Heights for the San Francisco Decorator Showcase. Attendees of the Patron Preview Gala got a first glimpse of how the 28 participating design firms had left their mark on the Dutch Colonial Revival mansion.
Partygoers and sponsors enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while taking in the panoramic views of the Bay and Golden Gate Bridge offered by the property’s magnificent setting. Four of the estate’s five levels have been transformed for the annual fundraiser into an immersive design experience. This year’s Showcase has something for everyone, from serious students of design, to architecture buffs, to the curious who just want a glimpse inside one of the famous homes along the city’s “Billionaire’s Row.”
Since its inception, Decorator Showcase has raised over $18 million for the San Francisco University High School Financial Aid Program. This event allows hundreds of deserving Bay Area students access to a remarkable education. Showcase is open to the public through May 27.
