Enterprise for Youth Heroes at Work 2024

Empowering Bay Area Youth: a passionate community celebration in support of Enterprise for Youth.

On May 1, 2024, Enterprise for Youth and its community gathered at the seventh annual Heroes at Work dinner celebration, co-chaired by San Francisco Supervisor Rafael Mandelman and Tynnetta McIntosh, Managing Director, JP Morgan Chase. Three youth speakers opened up to share their stories of triumph and transformation acknowledging Enterprise for Youth’s role in supporting their personal and professional dreams. Their stories are powerful testimonies to the value of early work experiences and the support of caring adult mentors offered by Enterprise for Youth’s program. With the support of generous donations from corporations, individuals, and foundations, Enterprise for Youth raised critical funds in support of empowering youth with life-changing paid internships.
