On Thursday, March 14th Access Institute, San Francisco’s Mental Health Safety net hosted their Annual Spectrum Gala & Art Auction which transformed Pier 27 into a vibrant hub of philanthropy and creativity and raised more than $400,000 to fund free and low-fee mental health care for the San Franciscans with the greatest needs.
Throughout the evening, guests indulged their senses while exploring the silent art auction, comprised of captivating art from over 50 emerging and established artists, curated by Art Curator Stephanie Tuttle. The event’s theme, “Celebrating Our Collective Strength,” resonated in every aspect, from the inspiring honoree, Samuel Tucker, MD, to moving stories of Access Institute’s impact, and the live and silent auctions offering exclusive, art-related experiences and items. Mark Lukach, an international best-selling author, was Spectrum’s Emcee. Fine wines and gourmet delights complemented the atmosphere, fostering connections and conversations that will continue to fuel the mission of Access Institute in fostering accessible and affordable mental health care for all.
