The annual ROAR AFRICA “Greatest Safari on Earth” aboard the Emirates Executive Private Jet is the unequivocal trip of a lifetime showcasing Africa’s most iconic destinations in unbridled luxury. Guests will experience four of Africa’s most iconic experiences while leaving a positive impact on local communities and conservation efforts on this extraordinary adventure, hosted by ROAR AFRICA CEO and Founder Deborah Calmeyer, alongside top guides and conservation experts.
Two trips are offered in 2024 from August 10 – 22; and August 25 – September 6. Both journeys are limited to 10 guests each and priced at $148,000 per person.
What can only be described as the holy grail of Africa, the 12-day itinerary includes:
- Zimbabwe’s Victoria Falls (one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World), the Okavango Delta in Botswana (the largest inland delta in the world)
- Kenya’s Great Migration, and meeting the world’s last wild mountain gorillas nestled deep in the misty forests of Rwanda’s Volcanoes National Park.
- Every aspect of the journey is designed to ensure that guests are immersed in places where humans remain outsiders, granting the opportunity to rediscover and redefine what it means to truly reconnect with nature and a sense of unbridled adventure.
“Many of us ache for the ease of reliable uncomplicated travel and long to explore a deeper, more sustainable way of being. On this extraordinary journey, our guests can go wilder, dream bigger, and rediscover their innate and instinctive sense of adventure,” says Calmeyer.
Due to the tremendous success of this journey since launching in August 2021, The Greatest Safari on Earth now takes flight twice annually.
Providing the sole means of international transport throughout the journey, the Emirates A319 was created for guests who want to go “beyond first class,” and reflects the glamour of a bygone era when air travel was both exclusive and an integral aspect of luxury travel experiences. The jet features 10 private suites, private shower spa and powder room, an expansive lounge which functions as a communal gathering space or dining area, and a cabin crew committed to providing the highest levels of personal service.
To share Africa’s wild beauty and wonder with intrepid explorers is a privilege that comes with great responsibility. ROAR AFRICA purchase carbon credits equivalent to their emissions, contribute to wildlife conservation and invest in the communities that host them.
