Hi Barbie! On July 23rd, Stephanie Block hosted the most unbelievable Barbie-themed 50th birthday party. Event planner, Robert Fountain, transformed Villa Fontaine into the Barbie Dreamhouse; two painstakingly perfect, divinely detailed floors of everything Barbie– from her horse stables, to a Malibu beach area, to her Corvette out front! Ken was there too in the enticing form of several Chippendales dancers flown in from Las Vegas.
The event kicked off an entire party season, as Stephanie will attempt to host 49 more parties from now until New Year’s Eve. Friends in attendance included Mayor London Breed, Israeli Ambassador Marco Sermoneta, Northern California Red Cross CEO Hanna Malak, plus Navid Armstrong, Betsy Linder, Clara Shayevich, Jad Racha, Erin Carlson, Dulo Batsuh, Gwyneth Borden, Pernella Sommerville, Adam Swig and Joel Goodrich.
